1. Pricing, Verification, and Payments

  • Core Professional Programs: The enrollment fee for the Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) and Certified Family Support Partner (CFSP) programs is fixed at $555.00 (p. 12).

  • Continuing Education & Secondary Courses: All other standalone training classes and secondary course tracks are fixed at $150.00.

  • Payment Deadline: In accordance with institutional enrollment requirements, course fees must be finalized at least 1 week (7 days) before the scheduled training start date (pp. 17, 20).

  • Payment Methods: Online transaction pathways accept standard card systems as well as third-party point-of-sale financing via Klarna and Afterpay.

  • Check Clearance: Payments submitted by check are permitted for initial entry, but physical hour-completion certificates and formal notices of recommendation are strictly withheld until check funds fully clear (p. 12).

 

2. Merchandise Storefront Policy

3. Idaho Regulatory & HIPAA Compliance

  • Idaho Consumer Protection Act Notice: All sales, course bookings, and digital retail transactions strictly adhere to the Idaho Consumer Protection Act (Idaho Code Title 48, Chapter 6) (1.4.7). Cancellations made before the first live instructional day qualify for a full refund (pp. 20, 24).

T.O.T.E.M.H. LLC reviews applicant background credentials during intake (p. 6). However, the trainee or sponsor assumes all credentialing risk; T.O.T.E.M.H. LLC is completely exempt from liability if the DBH or BPA Health denies final certification to an individual who does not meet state requirements (such as age or recovery status) (p. 6).

 

4. Digital Services Delivery

Virtual class tracks are hosted entirely over the Google Meets network (p. 3). Secure room hyperlinks are distributed directly via email exactly 48 hours prior to the first course session (p. 3).

 

5. Cancellations, Institutional Changes, and Dismissals

  • Pre-Class Cancellations: A student can cancel their class interest before the first live instructional session to receive a full monetary refund (pp. 20, 24).

  • The 365-Day Retake Policy: After live sessions begin, monetary refunds are closed (pp. 20, 24). Students experiencing personal emergencies, missing hours, or encountering technical problems are allowed to transfer their credit to attend a new training track within 365 days of the original start date (pp. 20, 24). Credits permanently lapse after 365 days (pp. 13, 17).

  • Institutional Cancellation: If T.O.T.E.M.H. LLC must cancel a course, paid students receive an immediate full refund (p. 13). Sponsored funds are returned straight to the original agency (p. 13).

  • Misconduct Forfeiture Clause: Students found violating code policies (including plagiarism, cheating, digital harassment, or zoombombing) following a formal investigation will be dismissed (pp. 21-22). Disciplinary dismissal results in a complete forfeiture of tuition, with zero eligibility for refunds or retakes (p. 24).
